Shipping Policies and Methods
Our cupcakes are baked fresh to order and although in a perfect world we'd like to get your order out
tomorrow, that is not possible. It takes time to prepare each order and to ensure they leave our bakery and
arrive at your destination damage free. Our cupcakes are beautifully decorated, packaged and frozen to
maintain their presentation during their journey to their destination. Our boxes are shipped with gel packs to
keep them frozen along the way. They thaw in just a few hours once opened.
We offer USPS 2-3 Day Priority, 2nd Day Delivery and Express (Overnight) shipping.
Winter months Dec-April we ship throughout the US, except Alaska and Hawaii. Summer months
May-November: We ship East of the Mississippi with USPS due to ensuring freshness and delivery within 3
days. We ship on Tuesdays only. No weekend shipments. Please note that USPS only guarantees delivery
on a particular date when you choose 2nd Day Delivery or Express (Overnight) Deliveries. Additional rates
apply to 2nd Day and Express (Overnight) deliveries.
Deadline for all shipped orders.
Your order must be placed by the end of the business day on Friday to ship out the following Tuesday.
Read carefully. If your order is placed Monday, your order will not ship until the following Tuesday (one
week). This includes wholesale orders.
"No Signature Required"
We ship our cupcakes with "No Signature Required" unless "you" specify the request. Without the
signature the postal service will leave the package at the destination. If you opt for the signature you must
let us know. At this point, The Peppered Cupcake is not liable if the package is not delivered within your
shipment time request. To avoid untimely shipment, please make sure your cupcakes are delivered to an
address where someone is present to receive the package the day of arrival.
No P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping territory
Due to our cupcakes being perishable, we only ship East of the Mississippi within the US during summer
months. The Peppered Cupcake ships to US addresses only. You will be provided a tracking number from
the USPS to the email that you provided during your order process.
Refund Policy:
If your cakes have been damaged upon arrival, you must let us know immediately. We will make
arrangements to get them shipped back for a refund or replace the damaged product.
Shipping refunds may not be given for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, package refusal,
and/or incomplete or incorrect delivery address.
Shipping and handling charges
Charges for shipping depend on the weight, size, destination zip code and choice of delivery days. Shipping
and delivery charges are based on product weight and recipient zip code. This fee also includes the cost of
packaging supplies.

The Peppered Cupcake strives to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your order you
must contact TPC upon the arrival of your package so that arrangements can be made to send the package
back and refund or replace your order.
